it's easy and simple and delightfully familiar, to go out with these girls and act goofy and share stories and laugh, laugh, laugh, make silly faces at each other and spend the obligatory hour at border's, completely in our own worlds but somehow, still aware with each other's whereabouts.it was a fun day, and blowing off having the chance to have tea with the queen (no kidding!) was worth it. so who cares if i watched twilight for the second time with them (and decided that the movie can now be considered as "maybe okay. slightly"). and who cares if i ate TONS, we shared, at least; because that's what friends do, eh? "we spread the fat around!"
we found some old photos on aisyah's laptop, like when we were 15 ish? and my do we look young then. it's nice to know that we can look back now and say that because it just shows how much we've grown together. and i love that there's a possibility of history repeating itself a few years from now.
