happy to report that i have finally found to mood to face the assignments.

i think i have found the secret to living a happy life: good company, good food, and sufficient rest.

spent the whole day with 25 people whom i call family. call me a happy girl! :):)

We need much bigger pockets, I thought as I lay in bed, counting off the seven minutes that it takes a normal person to fall asleep. We need enormous pockets, pockets big enough for our families, and our friends, and even the people who aren’t on our lists, people we’ve never met but still want to protect. We need pockets for boroughs and for cities, a pocket that could hold the universe.

jaga diri apabila berjalan raya, makan biar bersederhana (nanti kena ejek. by me, of course), jangan emo apabila budak-budak bising datang rumah minta duit raya, layan perangai cousin-cousin/mak cik/atuk dengan baik, main mercun jangan sampai terputus tangan & nyanyi lagu raya jangan sampai menyakitkan hati (dan telinga) orang lain :)

how strange, innocence

i'm not implying in any way that college is easy; i have no idea what's going on in class most of the time this semester. but i just think that the problems in high school were more profound, somehow. now, they're just petty.



p/s: don't know why people insist on asking me whether i've started on homework so early during the holidays. i'd rather rot my brain watching tv.

there's nothing you can do that can't be done, nothing you can sing that can't be sung. all you need is love! or so say The Beatles

i still don't know which is worse - coming across as rude for not initiating small talk, or being pretentious for initiating small talk with someone i really don't really want to talk to just to avoid the awkward silence.

hmm. a dilemma harder than the IELTS speaking module.

isu nak cakap, tak cakap aside, am still looking forward to raya. hopefully there's less family drama this year ;(
