doing a chemistry lab report can be really de-stressing. everything's so methodological and each step is so precise; you're in control because you know the next step which comes after the next one and the next one. there's no way things can spiral into uncertainty, because everything is already mapped out for you, all you need to do is steer the vehicle on the paved road.
...until you find out your calculations are way, WAY off. that's when your palms start to sweat, and you lose your grip on the steering wheel, and your last resort is to hope to all hell that inertia's going to keep you going in the right direction.
ps: idk, i think i need to write something. not kidding about the chem calculations though; so so screwed.
